Attention Travelers To China:
Relaxed Travel Restrictions Regarding COVID-19
After many ups and downs with regards to the pandemic’s effect on travel to and within China, Chinese Authorities have recently issued changes that are sure to be welcomed by private aviation travelers.
The requirements listed below are the same for passengers and crew. Vaccinations are not required.
1) Pre-boarding Nucleic Acid Test
All China-bound travelers must take a nucleic acid test for COVID-19 within 48 hours before boarding, and can only travel to China when the test result begins as negative or after it shifts from positive to negative. Passengers and crew should always bring proof of a negative COVID-19 test result for inspection.
2) Health Declaration to China Customs
Passengers and crew are required to declare a negative test result to China Customs by one of the following three methods:
- Completing the Health Declaration Form on the WeChat mini-program of China Customs (scan QR code below)
- At https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn
