During the most recent meeting of the eu-LISA Carriers Working Group, eu-LISA officials confirmed that the system is planned to go live on November 10, 2024.

During a separate webinar hosted by the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), the eu-LISA representative confirmed that “anyone who brings passengers to the EU,” including private operators, should register and query the system.
