FPC’s Latest Feature — “Trip Notifications”:

The most highly anticipated upgrade to FPC has been the implementation of push notifications, called “Trip Notifications”. Trip Notifications alerts are sent when monitored services are marked “confirmed”, or when trip schedule changes occur (i.e. departure or arrival changes +/- 30 minutes).

With the new Trip Notifications feature, operators can stay better informed on critical updates as they happen, providing a true 24/7/365 view of task progression.

Users can also control their preferences of notification frequency and service types so that minimal users are not barraged with unnecessary notices, while more robust users can elect to receive comprehensive updates at all times.

Admins can set permissions and restrictions as needed.

Trip Notification updates include (but are not limited to):

• Airport & Regulatory Services
• Operational Services
• Itinerary and Flight Updates
• Customized Advisory Alerts

Users can choose to receive real-time updates via text and to multiple email addresses.

Trip Notifications version 1.0 is currently in beta testing and will be available for demonstrations in FPI’s booth (#169) at NBAA’s Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference (March 24th-26th in Cleveland, OH).

Revisiting the Trip Planner — The Ultimate Aggregating Platform:

As a reminder, FPC’s Trip Planner platform is designed to provide instant, cross-comparable visibility of multiple features across several airports in a single query, including:

• Airport hours, CIQ hours, and DLS times
• Airport of Entry, Customs/Immigration processes for domestic and international movements, and CIQ information
• Current restrictions, landing permits, and PPR (Prior Permission Required) remarks
• Travel requirements
• Slot information
• Preferred FBO and ground handler profiles

Comprehensive searches are possible by ICAO, IATA, airport names, city names or by country.

Alternate airports can be easily found with a single click, should the user not be familiar with the region’s possibilities surrounding a particular airport.

• As a reminder, FPC is fully mobile-ready across Android and iOS systems.
• FPC can be used in dark mode, and users can choose from a variety of color schemes.
• FPC passes rigorous, annual cyber security “pen tests” with the most recent clearance in December 2025.
