View FPI’s Recent Webinar: “eu-LISA: Fact vs. Fiction”
(July 24th, 2024)
The upcoming changes to entry requirements in the Schengen Area within Europe are surrounded by confusion and misunderstanding. In this webinar, experts from Flight Pro International’s Regulatory and Compliance Team separate fact from fiction and provide operators with the information they need to decide how to address these future changes.
We have also compiled a downloadable FAQ document to assist with several questions that were addressed in our webinar:

eu-LISA Carrier Registration
Registration is required for aircraft operators to query eu-LISA’s Entry/Exit System (EES) and European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) and receive responses regarding the status of their travelers.
For clients who utilize Flight Pro International’s (FPI’s) system-to-system connection between Flight Pro Connect and eu-LISA, we will help you through the entire registration process.
Best of all, there is no charge – it’s free!
There are two forms and some supporting documents we will need to provide to the eu-LISA Carriers Onboarding Team. FPI will fill in the forms as much as possible for you.
For both the F01: Carrier Registration Form and the F07: Carrier Security Convention Form, you will need contact details for the person who will be your Legal Representative. That person should be employed by, and hold a certain level of authority within, your company, e.g., Director of Aviation, Chief Pilot, Operations Manager. That person should sign the F07 Form.
For supporting documentation, we will need a copy of your company’s Certificate of Incorporation (aka: Corporate Charter, Articles of Association, or Articles of Incorporation) and a copy of your company’s Registration (aka: Certificate of Good Standing or Certificate of Existence).
Because Flight Pro Connect has been certified by eu-LISA, you will not have to go through the testing and certification process.
Once your initial registration is complete, FPI will complete a Carrier Self Declaration for System Compliance Exemption for you. This is a simple declaration stating that you will use a system that is already certified – Flight Pro Connect (“FPC”, FlightProConnect.com, FPI’s industry-leading and fully mobile-ready, custom trip management software).
Even if you have already signed up through another service provider, we can help you amend your previous registration and declarations.
All systems go!
