2025 In Review: A Milestone Year

(December 2025)

As we conclude our five-year anniversary year, we close out 2025 with much appreciation for our valued clients, vendors, and team members across the globe. From day one, your partnership has been the foundation of our growth, and we’re proud of what we’ve achieved together.

With breathtaking speed, the past twelve months have flown by faster than a Gulfstream burning through a short leg. Along the way, we’ve highlighted many noteworthy milestones that have marked Flight Pro International’s fifth year.

Before we climb out of 2025 and navigate into 2026, we wanted to pause and reflect on the achievements that made this last year truly soar:

FPI continued a trajectory of global scaling:

After celebrating the growth of our Parisian office in 2024, FPI kicked off 2025 recognizing the expansion of the London team, and continued the celebration with the increased personnel in our in-house travel department. As a fitting bookend, we’re closing the year with the announcement of FPI’s newest development — the recently launched office at Farnborough Airport.

FPI welcomed another alliance into the forecast: The Weather Company™

In 2025, FPI entered into a strategic partnership with the Weather Company™, a globally recognized leader in aviation meteorology known for delivering highly accurate, long-range forecasts tailored to airports and flight operations around the world.

FPI strengthened longstanding partnerships:

This year, FPI honored a few of our valued global relationships by highlighting our partners in Bangkok (The ASA Group), Seoul (Mr. SY Kim), and Rio de Janeiro (Maher’s Handling).

FPI further streamlined our integrated command center:

In May, FPI provided a comprehensive review of the integrated aviation operations experts operating 24/7/365 under one roof at the Houston, TX, headquarters — a lean and limber team with overlapping expertise working in close proximity so that clients never get lost in a corporate juggernaut.

FPI’s Regulatory and Compliance Team increased FPI’s industry authority:

Having been a frequent co-host of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s ongoing webinar series, FPI’s in-house Compliance and Regulatory team also contributed their expertise in various articles and industry conferences throughout 2025. Most recently, they launched “Connecting the Dots (CTD), a new webinar series which will be a regular feature throughout 2026.

FPI elevated Flight Pro Connect (“FPC”) to even greater altitudes:

Across the entire year, we’ve taken great pride regarding how rapidly FPC has developed with new tools, enhanced features, and strengthened cyber protection. In 2025, FPC’s “Trip Planner” query feature took airport search engine capabilities to new heights, while FPC’s cyber security performance continually out-performed competitive platforms thanks to passing annual “Pen Tests” and implementing increased security measures.

Last (but certainly not least), FPI celebrated 5 years of excellence and nearly 50 years of unmatched industry partnerships:

Merging aviation industry veterans and quite a few U.S. Veterans under one roof, FPI technically celebrated the company’s fifth birthday in 2025 while honoring our longstanding family of global colleagues, many of whom have worked with our team for 30-50 years.

As we fix our focus on a promising 2026, we proclaim a proud “Cheers to Five Years!” one last time as we now raise a toast to you: our clients, vendors, and team. Your support has been our tailwind.

FPI wishes you a joyful holiday season with clear skies ahead… and here’s to another year of soaring achievements together!
