Offline Operations and Real-Time Feedback Feature
1) FPC users can now operate offline with visibility up to 14 days:
Savvy pilots and flight operators are aware that wifi-based document management is not always ideal for a variety of reasons. From obstructed aircraft placement to interim country privacy concerns, a confidential environment unhindered by wifi performance is occasionally preferred.
For that reason, Flight Pro International has constructed the ability for FPI users to enjoy the convenience and continuity of FPC’s organizational benefits while operating the software features fully offline.
Critical operational documents can be identified and downloaded for offline usage, including schedules, manifests, notes, attachments, flight plans, client documents, and more.
“The only FPC feature not available offline, as one would expect, is the messaging center,” explains Roberto Cormack, FPI Executive VP, CIO, and leader of the FPC development team. “However, the messaging content will be restored to its current state as soon as the user returns to online status.”
Offline views can look ahead up to 14 days in the future.

2) FPC users can leverage a new real-time feedback feature for even faster FPI responses:
For most people, providing feedback, surveys, or comments is best achieved when done “in the moment.” Rarely do we think of (or desire to) return to the issue, even if the feedback is positive.
Therefore, FPI has produced a client feedback tool for various aspects across the platform. Users can instantly supply a rating based on a star/points system, leave a comment, or most importantly, request that an FPI team member respond to a question or need.
All engagement from the feedback feature is captured and instantly disseminated to the FPI Operations Team, who operate on a 24/7 basis within the FPI Headquarters.
